I am going to dinner in DENVER from aug. 4th to aug. 30th and since I am not from there or nor is my date, we have no clue where to go.

I am a meat and potatoes kind of chic and love pasta. So what would be the top 3 restaurants you would recommend? It can be anywhere in the DTC area. And go from anything fancy to a hole in the wall.
