Mr. Woody relax man (I know you are). First pls do not use review section for such things. You should have opened one such in Co-Ed (I know, you know and we all know that its just some funny stuff).

Why do you add extra burden on mods by creating a review (of course a humorous one)? Now we have more work to clean up the stuff.

Okay for him I guess...I mean really?? close it and then it disappears...I'm telling you he has an axe to grind with me because I had the audacity to disagree with him in another thread. I was under the impression that this was an open forum and divergent opinions were not against any rules.

I can't voice on what happened on Houston's board, we all know that things 'may' work differently on different boards. Like I said you should have use the co-ed (or sandbox) form directly to express/post such things.

Now you have created extra work for us to remove the review # from your profile. Is it necessary (think from our perspective) to begin with?

No offense, but I don't care to hear about the "extra work"...I mean does it take some kind of secret decoder ring to remove it from my profile and if it is in fact removed from my profile, this will 100% be moved to the Fight club...Funny thing is a provider recently complained that her PMs went unnoticed for a day or so but my little harmless attempt at humor sure seemed to get jumped on in a hurry.


Why is it allowed other places and not here?
What rule was violated?
Why was the thread closed after it was moved?
Why did it then disappear?

Yeah, I know you Mods don't get paid and like some before you I see no evidence that you or your sidekick use your position to curry favor with Hookers but you did after all volunteer...so please restore the thread and bill me for all of the extra work....

Don't know the details of "review"...but what is it with the disappearing act????? What would motivate someone to make a new thread...disappear?????

Why would it not have been simply moved to Sandbox or Co-ed????? I mean, come on, the need for it to go to the "Staff area". Unless there are some very unique
"nuclear items" discussed or disclosed this really should be a no-brainer (and no way would MW break the nuclear don'ts)

I understand that different things are allowed to happen in different cities forum....ok, I'll buy that

But my understanding is St Chris....with a few very, very limited cases....does not like things to simply disappear. And especially does not like things to disappear with absolutely NO explanation. .

When things disappear it gives the appearance of someone either hiding, running, getting a little too power motitvated or simply not personally liking or approving of something.....or someone???

Perhaps the original section that this "review" was placed in, was incorrect. But what rules were broken that would make it "disappear"????

KC Mods would seem to have been on a solid run of "moding" the KC forums. Is this a sign that there has been a sudden change by one or more of the Mods?????

No disrespect to Modda....but if he did not shut down the thread....then Adpt should come out and state why such an unusual and rather troubling act would have taken place

90% of good Modding is to do nothing....let things flow and die naturally. It is when Mods start to interject their own personal agenda, that's when things go wrong

As an avid reader and member, I don't think humor should be censured. I didn't see the thread but it sounds like it was an attempt at light humor.

Only thing that is different about the other areas is that in some of those areas the MEMBERS have less tolerance for the BullShit factor and are not afraid to voice that opinion.
and some of those moderators moderate instead of dictate...

In my opinion (yes I have an asshole too) MWs review should have been moved to the other reviews section and not coed (or the Staff Area)... just like the other reviews like it from other areas.
And just like the multiple reviews of the same nature... the review should be posted to his review count.

Just my opinion so carry on...

Different regions will have different views on subjects and there are various factors for this. The easy one to point to is cultural differences. The culture of Kansas City in general is different than that of Dallas or Houston for example. You said it yourself long ago Elam when discussing pictures within reviews. With that said, I have been extremely vocal in the past regarding threads being moved, closed, or removed completely, to the point of it being frowned upon due to being a member of the staff. I disagree with it a great deal, but I can't speak intelligently on a post I never saw.
