That’s a tough question because both have valid points. If a provider guests or closes their account and talk about retirement we as a group need to respect that. So in some cases rifleman would be correct. The OP is correct too lol. Once a picture is put on the internet, it's pretty much up for grabs to use. He isn't using it as a company logo or to profit financially. He's using it as an avatar on a hooker website.

Given the copyrighted image is being used on a website concerned with prostitution, it would not typically be considered a "fair use" exception since it would tend to defame the image and value of the picture.

The copyright holder would have to issue a takedown request and pursue other options if the owners of this site failed to honor the request.

The poster in question is using the image to burnish his credentials here among this community as a "tough guy" and resents the fact everyone laughs at him.
