Prostitution vs porn

For all the Law Experts on the board.
Why is it illegal to hire an escort for sex but someone can hire a girl to have sex with them on film.

Nevada is legal for Brothels. I dont get it either
yeah it seems like all you would need to do is set up a video camera and "film" your actions which then legitimizes the session. You then never publish the video and delete off the memory card.

Personally I would love to see brothels legalized in all 50 states & as for the independents, set up some form of Sex Worker license for them etc... or they can choose to work in a brothel.

Just make it illegal to do the street walking deal.

At the street level of things is where you see the pimping and drug use.

If I'm not mistaken legaluzung would make it safer because we'd be required to show proof of clean std tests to maintain a legal permit

It ultimately comes down to the First Amendment. Pornography is protected under the First Amendment as artistic free expression. Prostitution, on the other hand, is defined by U.S. law as a sexual act given or received for monetary payment. Not only that, but the U.S. government maintains that prostitution "directly contributes to the modern-day slave trade and is inherently demeaning." Proponents of decriminalizing sex work say this is one of the major obstacles facing sex workers. Ultimately, in the eyes of the U.S. government, prostitution carries a stigma as being detrimental to society, while pornography offers some form of artistic value.

That's not to say there is no regulation for pornography. There are strict rules in place. Producers have to maintain multiple business filming licenses as well as detailed records on performers. Companies have to be able to prove they intend to distribute the filmed work.

i wouldnt want it legalized. if its legalized then uncle sam WILL take his cut. that means prices will rise. The brothels in nevada where it is legal is a prime example. those prices are in the thousands. locals and regulars might get a little discount but its a real eye opener when youre checking into sheris ranch in pahrump and the house madam is congratulating a girl on the big score she just got, and complimenting her hustle. you sit at the bar and the same women come up and approach you and tell you something along the lines of..... lets do 2 cums and have dinner for 10k. HAHAHAHAHhaHAHA. The fantasy is better than the reality. if it was legal taxes would have to be paid and the prices would rise. You would have turf wars and security issues. The trash would come along with the 'entertainment'

take a look at the places that 'dispenser' certain green leafy products. they get robbed and product stolen. its not worth it. let the desert have the legal brothels.

but as for porn, its pretty much like contacting a girl if they do the booking themselves. and they are in the thousands price to book. but they are prepared to be shooting scenes all day, there is editing and a lot of stop and go. that would suck. if they are a more popular well known actress they would want more money i would think.

I always take my camera to an appointment, if I were to get stopped and questioned I would say i'm here for a photoshoot.
