Incall "Must Haves" &/or Preferred "Likes"

PaigeSavage's Avatar
Hi everyone! I'm super stoked because I'll finally have my own static incall soon! Currently, I'm in the process of "interior design drafting" and curating what I want the space to look like and the vibe I want it to give off.

That said, I'm curious what are the absolute must-haves (outside of the obvious towels, washcloths, and bottled water) of an incall and what are some preferred likes that are nice touches?

I'd love to hear from both providers AND clients. Thank you!

Good question!

As far as items to have towels to shower before/afterwards and a bottles water are about all I need.

I hobby for the fantasy. I have two civi chicks that will take all the sex I can give them, but they will show up in sweats, give me a kiss and lie down on the bed. They are great friends.

But there is no passion, between us. If you can make passion occur you will be popular around here.

UMmm . . .interioer:

"Nice", modern, new, comfortable, but not lived in. Think about renting much of the furniture and swapping it out as you go forward. You may be looking for ideas on décor. I can't help much there. You might want a room with "Sex Furniture" in it (not sure what I mean by that).

I don't want to see a laundry basket full of everyday clothes or a dish rack with the breakfast/lunch stuff in it. No cat boxes!
Incall must have:

Air Conditioning
Heating
Adjustable lighting
Towels
Warm water
Large Bed (Queen or King)
Fresh linens
Music
Condoms
Privacy
General Cleanliness and professional ambience (no trash on the floor, trash cans are near empty, toilet is flushed, towels and clothes are put away or hung up, bed is made, food is not sitting out, no smoke smell, toiletries are put away). This is the #1 mistake I see by providers.

Preferred likes:

music
TV
Hand sanitizer
Bottled or filtered water for drinking
Spirits and other refreshments
Wipes
Massage oil
lotion
Shower
Steam Shower
Elevator instead of stairs
Nice outside view with curtains pulled back
Lots of mirrors

Oh, the tales we could tell.
best incall i went to was the basement of an innercity house, with toilet overflowing into the basement. there were four rooms divided by blankets hanged from the ceiling, with area rugs on the ground. each room has necessary items required for a good time, needles, spoons, lighters set on high flame, cigarette filters, cotton balls, cup of distilled water.

a nice bed with syringes, and crusty toilet paper. pillows with no covers, seaman stained mattresses, the smell of urine and burnt choreboy. maybe a crooked lamp with no shade and a 100 watt bulb.

A stool, or ottoman to stack dishes on, something to give the cockroaches exercise. dirty sanitary napkins, used condoms, and HAND SANITIZER !

Can't forget the MASK REQUIRED sign..........

The first Indy Provider I saw when I broke into the Hobby in 2006 was "Sable" (who later changed to "Katharine Butler"). At that time she had an apartment in the Galleria Area, in walking distance from Niemen's.. It may have been shared with another provider (Ivy?). This was a full apartment; ,two bedrooms, kitchen and living room . . .but no one actually lived there. There were no clothes in the Master Bedroom closet, just a few hanging negligees.

A really nice place to meet someone. Not a suburban house with nosey neighbors. Not a No-Tell ending with "Inn" or a single digit number.

The specific details?

What would you have in a nice hotel room? Now what would be missing that would make the session better?

I have read comments from other Providers over the years that imply a similar set up . . .somewhere l.ike home, but not Home.

I used to see one girl that had a crockpot with just water and washcloths in it. At the end of the session she pulled out a nice warm cloth without having to run to the bathroom and wait for the water to get warm. She also had essential oils like lavender in an atomizer... very nice!

I need to feel secure. I typically don't want to see closet doors that are closed or any indications that there might be hidden cameras.

Quick access to variable heating/air conditioning that adjusts efficiently.

Any windows need the ability to be completed covered; semi transparent drapes are a horrible idea, and if it's on a multi story building any windows still need full coverings.

Nosy neighbors and sounds from adjacent buildings tend to put me on edge.

It's also very important to keep your incall free of any allergens such as smoke, animal dander, excessively scented candles, etc...

Everything else is really up to the lady. Clean and secure is the most important.

First of everything: Must be CLEAN.

- Clean towels and sheets.
- Soft lights
- Amenities to enjoy a shower (I always have a basket with listerine, deodorant, shower gel, etc)
- Good wi-fi signal (you will work there on your ads)
- Ground floor or 1st floor, to don't be noisy or across to other flats to can arrive, neighbors can be a painass.
- Good zone for parking (you can lost dates is the flat is great but the zone impossible to find parking).
- AC in summer, heating in winter.
- Minibar with champagne, water, beer and soft drinks. Of course also ice.

Also I have a bowl with candies to offer when the customers are leaving my place.

For me this is basic. And always take a look who are the neighbors before sign the contract. Familiar places with kids playing in comon zones or old people watching the movement of the full building can make your work impossible.

Incall must haves?

An attractive, fun, welcoming woman.

Anything else is a bonus!

Thank you to everyone who has provided insight. Suffice to say, I'm not worried about the interior - I have a background in interior design. What has been clear though is that it's the little things that matter and make an impact on the experience.

I despise when the TV is on. Others in this thread have said they like it. Different strokes, no pun intended.

A milking table or massage table would be a nth. That just plays into my current fantasy of legit CMT/client role play.
