Is it close ? For sure- that's ok though, I like Barn -Burners with all things, vs. a blowout. This will NOT be a blowout on either side- which I think is important to note.

Hopefully -some of the rhetoric on either side will find some way to be cordial vs. non-cordial in their outcomes.


Interestingly- you can find a poll that will show pretty much anything you want to out there- and at whatever outcome you like- as they are all over the place- hence my prior comments.

Panic- well, I think generally speaking- there is a lot at stake, but which party has more to lose?

Dems- they would lose the POTUS if they lose, but retain a majority of house seats, and the next POTUS will be a lame duck.

REPs. - well one person in general will likely lose their freedom to walk around without an ankle monitor, and the GOP will not have a house majority which means - MORE concerns on DEM programs and spending etc. (not that I'm a fan of spending)

But overall- the panic of a Trump loss seems to be a higher frenzy than that of a DEMs Loss. - IMHO.

BtW- 538 polls show Harris' lead moving more positive- albeit by only a tenth or two of a point.

Actually, I was referring to the fact pattern.

The odious Richard Nixon never faced the risks, political, legal and physical that President Trump has had to deal with. So far, most reasons to persicute him have been shown to be spurious ("debunked" in media parlance). Those outstanding are in legal limbo, effectively pending the outcome of the election.

There are no coincidences at this level of play. Make no mistake: There is/are a "they" behind two impeachments, four trials and two assentation attempts that we know of.
