Attaching a pic in a PM

When sending a PM to a provider, is it possible to attach a pic of yourself? I've looked and have seen no where in the PM to be able to attach a pic. I was thinking that at times it might be nice to let the provider know what I look like ahead of time. If this is against policy, I understand, just wondering if it's possible or not?

You'll have to upload your pic to a gallery and send link in the PM
