Trade for Dental services?

Hello, I had full dental, but it JUST expired when I turned 21. I do get discounted services at my government clinic, but I need a new crown. My dentist doesn't do them.
I have been price checking and they run at least $1000.... Why not have some fun instead? :-)
Of course I could exchange regular sessions, but I have also always wanted to try office play
