Anyone in Hattiesburg know this one?

Has anyone in the area seen her? I've seen her ads for a couple of weeks. Thanks.

I hope she's legit - she looks good and has reasonable rates. Only questionable thing in her ad is that she shows her "Location" as "Room" rather than Hattiesburg. If she's legit and I'm passing through (won't happen for quite a while), I'd certainly stop for a little while.
