So, how do you measure cock size?

Fairly often, I hear, "You have a nice cock, bigger than average". I usually reply, "I wouldn't know. Guys don't stand around in showers comparing cock size." I've aalways suspected the ladies are trying to make me feel good. Maybe it's smaller than usual and they are trying to pump me up (pun intended).

I also suspect cock size, referenced in any number of ads, is over-inflated (pun also intended). So, how do you measure a cock? Have to admit I've always kinda wondered. Take a tape measure and start at the base? And where IS the base? Measure on the top or on the bottom? Start where on the bottom?
