I've never been a big fan of the Congresswoman from Colorado; she is not well-informed or intelligent, and as for her politics, let's just say she and I find little we'd agree on.

It appears now that there are allegations Ms. Boebert ran in the world's oldest profession before she ran for Congress. There are also allegations she had two abortions, which I cannot say or (or are not) true.

No judgment of sex work in and of itself, and if she did make a living working in the industry, that by itself changes nothing for me, one way or the other. HOWEVER, for all of the Congresswoman's self-righteous admonitions (and her advocacy of a 100% ban on abortion), can we say she might be a tad hypocritical?

There was some unexplained financial windfall in her working class past and I guess this explains it.

Republican or Democrat cannot win in a Primary without being an extremist.

I doubt she wins reelection and might not even win her Primary.

FWIW, a friend has informed me that he believes that these claims about Congresswoman Boebert are not well-founded. If that turns out to be the case, I would: (a) still think she was an idiot; (b) still think she was mostly wrong on most things; and (c) acknowledge I was wrong about her past, just not her present.

But if they're right, I would still marvel at her audacious hypocrisy.

And if the price were right, I'd probably check out her promo photos! (Is that wrong?)

You know it must be pretty egregious and deceitful when even CNN is fact-checking and standing up for a Republican. The model they claimed was Boebert on SugarDaddyMeet even came forward and said that wasn't Lauren. Too bad!

Boebert is far-right in America and anywhere else in the world.

AOC is far left by U.S. standards but not really in a global sense. What Americans think of as "bleeding heart librul" is maybe center-left at best. There is no legit far-left like in Europe.

If American politics had a far left, it would probably strengthen the middle ground as each side would have to work on common ground.

For my own part, I would like to see fewer extremists - on both sides - and more centrists, more compromise, . . .
