Best Massage and Day Spa Experience - B'Day Gift for Girl

Hey Houston guys and gals. Where would you recommend for a great Day Spa and Massage experience?

It's her birthday this month. She hasn't had a massage in a long time. I'd like to treat her to maybe a half-day (or longer?) where she can get a great massage and perhaps a facial or skin treatments... I want to get her a gift certificate... Budget is around $300 - $500....
