ECCIE Not Accessible?

During the hour of midnight and 1 AM, 3 November, I was experiencing an issue with ECCIE where the browser simply acted as though the address www.eccie.net did not exist. Anyone else encounter this?

Yes, the site was down, the server could not be pinged for a brief time . . . I'm thinking the server farm rebooted the box or there was a scheduled maintenance reboot . . . she (ECCIE) returned faster than she was when she left.

Or, maybe it was just a system-wide glitch in the Matrix (yes, the global consciousness Matrix, THAT one - LOL).
