Private messages only Setting

Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can make my settings for receiving private messages ONLY and there is no option for sending to personal email. I have seen several ppl have this on their contact Info...

Click on "User C P" under main menu to the left on this page next click on "edit options" (it's under settings and options on left).*I think this has the options you're looking for
