if a provider has a no review policy here...no ads?

Can she still post ads.

I know this was a rule on the old site.

But I didn't know if it applied here. Does anyone know.

No review policy means no ads here. Also limits access to other sections.

Only reason I wondered about it was I was checking out a thread an saw a lady post in her sig line she has a no review policy....but she just posted an ad. So I was just curious really. Thanks for your reply.
