I have a client who applied for an account so that he could write a review and have less nerve wracking and safe experiences. He applied 3 weeks ago and still hasn't been approved. Who would he contact about that because he's asking me and I have no idea who or what to tell him
When he signed up he was emailed a confirmation link .....he probably never clicked on the link, or the email went into his junk/spam folder. Have him send an email to missouri@eccie.net with his handled included in it.
