You can write an unflattering review if you want. Just be civil, honest, don't get personal and describe your experience. When one of these is written and the Provider goes "ape shit", it usually backfires on her.

Maybe the guy before you could have done the same thing, you read it, saw something you didn't like and saved yourself this anguish. You don't even have to type "No" in the Recommendation field. Put something else like "Hope you get it..."
