One must acknowledge a supreme being before being able to hold public office.

A recently passed anticrime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed.

Guilty.....after I graduated and many years later he found me on the "P"

Texas law makes it illegal for a woman to own more then 6 sex toys and may not own a dildo at all. Any device that is made expressly to provoke the genital area is off limits to Texans. The Texas Penal code clearly states what constitutes a sex toy, "obscene devices designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs." In the past the police unit in Austin Texas has done raids on local shops that were suspected of carrying such nefarious naughty knick knacks.
if you get caught with 1 just I've learned to say it was a gag gift

The "reason" why Austin PD, if in fact they do, waste their time raiding businesses that sell "obscene devices" is ....

...the offense is "promoting" them ... not "owning" or "possessing" them.

If one really needs SIX to stimulate one's genitals ...

...then I suggest simply getting one HUGE ONE ....

.... large enough to address the task! It is not against the law.

With just a little flirting (even though that is a $25 fine in my state lol) I make it through with my dildos!! You know when they do those secondary searches on your bag and they think they are ready to embarrass you?? Last time I was like "OH! Don't touch that one! It's a long flight and I needed something to kill my time . . . it's not cleaned yet!"

Repeat:

That is not a correct statement. Period.

FYI: "Presumption" is a factual finding based upon a set of facts, which ..

is rebuttable. AND given the current state of the "privacy in one's bedroom" ... having six in one's bedroom is rather easy to rebut.

So, IN TEXAS it is NOT illegal for a woman to own more than 6 sex toys!

LL: You can spin it however you want to, but this is the EXACT wording of the Texas Penal Code with NO cut and paste.

Texas Penal Code - Section 43.23. (f) A person who possesses six or more obscene devices or identical or similar obscene articles is presumed to possess them
with intent to promote the same.

You're spinning by joining two different sections of the statute ... into your SPIN ... why keep it up. You do not know what you are taking about!
