As a republican I will say that living in NY makes it hard to get people who think like me elected. I also belive that becsuse of the size of our social programs in this state, our taxes will be high no matter who is in charge at this point. Only way to lower taxes is to get more people good paying jobs. The less people collecting and the more tax payers less pain for everyone. I say vote for who you like but call them to the mat if they don't work together and fire them if they don't support what you sent them there to do. Remember, sexy knows no political party.
