This may be a shot in the dark but can any fellow man help me figure out how to keep my messages organized? I work overseas a lot and have a tendency to forget and jumbled a lot surfing the site how do you guys remember who you talk to and what you do without looking like a messy ass resending old messages and returning messages? I really don't want to write shit down hahaha
Maybe organize your PM system by adding additional folders into which you can move existing messages based on content or subject. And, if you are truly disorganized, send yourself additional copies of a message so you can store those in several folders.
Ditto for your email service.
