Why do I often (multiple times a day) have to do 3-5 correct login attempts before I can access Eccie? Rarely can I access by only logging in once. This is very exasperating. What's even worse is attempting 5 times correctly and then being locked out. Any help would be appreciated.

Don’t know if it’s feasable for you, but I don’t log out, I have a bookmark, it’s all saved never been asked to log in.
Just use a different browser, you can bury it where it can’t be found. Or you can uninstall and reinstall when you need it.
