Adult "all Inclusive" resorts

Where have you been? Good, bad and indifferent? I'm looking for a vacation around the first of the year. Anyone interested in a "chubby, mature, open minded chick"? A couple of resorts in Cancun that catch my eye, along with Hedo in Jamaca.

Desire in Cancun is supposed to be awesome! All-inclusive and you can play pretty much anywhere
