Strange alert on counterfeiting

I got a very specific alert to watch out for fake $100 dollar bills, the ones that had the bigger pic of Franklin but not the colors. It said "These bills have mainly been given to individual service providers and small massage parlors." So I take it to mean escorts and Amps.

Sounds like some shithead decided to spend funny money on hobby adventures....but that will get unwanted attention from treasury agents.
