Sorry for the delayed response! At the moment the only place I have available is used as a vacation rental. June is pretty booked up already, July has about 10-15 dates still available and the entire month of August is open as well.

Are these only intended as short term rentals???

Short term as in a couple days here and there because they are probably airbnb'ing the places as well.

They have no clue what most escorts need/want.

When I originally posted this thread I had intended on renting it out the normal way but the revenue from Airbnb far exceeded what I would have got from lease renting. So you're correct it is also an Airbnb. You're also correct that I do not know exactly what a provider needs or wants in a rental. I offered this place on here with the thought of reaching the demographic that's touring through Dallas and would possibly want to stay in an Uptown apt instead of a hotel. If there is anything though that I can do to better accommodate the needs/wants I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!
