can u delete past posts/replys?

at what level membership can you have access to delete past posts or replys??? How do u delete if possible? thanks

All members have the permissions to edit their posts within a 60 minute time window of posting.
After that, only Staff can make the edits.
As a general rule of thumb, Eccie has a tennant of "you post it, you own it"
