So agencies going the not newbie friendly route

So I contacted a couple agencies I won't say which ones but I noticed I wasn't getting a response until one agency said to me this morning that they're not newbie friendly so I found that odd because it's my first time hearing that and I've visited a couple agencies in the past and even one now I visit when I get a chance to so if anyone care to share information about this let me know enlighten me please thanks in advance

Yep.

Agencies haven't been newbie friendly for the past two years. Even before then it was difficult, but usually if you started early and was willing to provide some information, they were willing to work with you.
