Voyeur Motel on HBO

I was traveling yesterday and the hotel TV had a show about our favorite subject sex.

In this episode that I caught the last of was a place where there was a voyeur hotel. Where people could have sex in their rooms and choose to have the sex in front of large windows. Other people could choose to stand outside and watch the couple inside getting it on.

Where is that motel? Is it real?

I remember that years ago (maybe as much as 10 years) on an episode of Real Sex on HBO. I believe it was in California, but that's all I can remember about the location. That segment also had a black comedian in it who always had small roles in comedies like the original Friday.
