Flat Rate

I was trying to set-up an appointment the other day and I Damn near needed a calculator for all the up charge's.

1hr=250
CIM+50
MSOG+50
PSE W/O Greek+50
Greek+100
Every 15 Minutes over hr =75

So to all of you providers whom have a Flat hr rate for everything, Thank you, Thank You, and Thank You.

I'm clueless about who the gal is. But I know she's not HID material.

I'd suggest you do your research on a gal's menu in other reviews and avoid having to pick one from column A and two from column B.
