On-going rate at AMPs

I got vaccinated recently and ready to go back to AMP/SPA .. whats the on going rate right now for 30 mins/1 hr FS? Does AMP ladies do DFK now and which place if yes? Thank you for your time.

New Four Seasons said 160hh and 220 hr...seems to be typical.
