Hey ladies: if I were to bring over a bottle of wine, or something nice guying our time together, would you partake and have fun? Or is that an improper request?
Bringing an unopened bottle of wine is a nice gesture.
Once I got to know him, one of my friends would bring over half-fuil bottles of Amaretto and I'd happily partake.
Some gentlemen even bring fruit or appetizers (french bread with pesto for example) or dessert.
Those were either gentlemen I'd seen before or had met a few times at socials.
I don't think you should bring food or opened bottles to ladies who don't know you.
