I am not experiencing any of the issues he reported.
He may need to clean out his browser's cache and Temporary Internet file areas. I have seen strange things happen before when the browser got torqued for some unknown reason.
If he still has these issues after trying the above suggestions, then it will be a great help if he tells us what operating sytem and browser he is using.
