Tax police make them pay the people there tickets

When I get a ticket for dumping scrap I get paid. Police should have to pay speeders. If there arrest a John make the police pay the $1000.00 fine. Have a reverse fine period most police department are self funded and fund the city. So the crap about defunding police would have to be done with a reverse fine period.
