SNOPES caught in another distortion of facts.

The facts are: Kavanaugh's younger family members were removed from the Senate hearing room because protesters were heckling their father.

So, when the issue was posed to SNOPES, SNOPES re-engineered the nature of the issue so that they could rule it "mostly false".

Were Brett Kavanaugh’s Children Escorted from a Senate Hearing Room Because They Were Harassed by Hecklers?

SNOPES
SNOPES remains a biased and partisan player and an entrenched part of the propaganda arm of the dim-retard party.

This claim is at odds with press accounts of what happened, however. Some conservative news outlets did portray the departure of Kavanaugh’s children as an abrupt response to the loud protests (which they claimed “scared” the girls), but none reported that the children themselves (rather than the hearing in general) had been heckled. This is how the Washington Examiner couched it.

Even if it were planned all along, the precise timing of Kavanaugh’s daughters’ departure could have had something to do with the raucous atmosphere in the hearing room, of course. But there is no evidence that the Kavanaugh children were themselves targeted for heckling by protesters, or that they left for that reason. Indeed, if they had been subjected to personal harassment, one would have expected the committee chairman, Sen. Charles Grassley, to issue a statement condemning it.

As I read the it, Snopes is saying that the Kavanaugh children were not the target of hecklers but the reason the children left the hearing room could certainly have been due to the hecklers.

The "Mostly False" ruling by Snopes had to do with the contention that the children left the hearing room due to being directly heckled. And that seems to be the correct ruling.

I read what SNOPES said as well. It's disingenuous claptrap.

... that does disregard "the children"!

Speaking of protestors at the Kavanaugh hearing, why won't Snopes rate this one?

Snopes has issues on what it chooses to investigate and the wording of what it investigates. As far as I'm concerned, it's another arm of the Democratic Socialist party, like N.O.W., NAACP, Southern Poverty Law Center, Vox, etc.

RealClearPolitics has tried to put together some type of organization that monitors sites like Snopes and Politifact. They have similar complaints but aren't doing anything to rectify them.

“Alternative facts” don’t count?

It seems that a toxic byproduct of the Trump regime is the almost rabid skepticism we see today. Trump’s paranoia has trickled down all over the country.

Sad.

Hopefully Kavanuagh will make the accusation of white privilege illegal and subject to a 10 year jail term.
