Tips while visiting Birmingham

Hello ladies and gents my name is Katrina.
I will be visiting Birmingham this month and want to
know which sides of town are good to stay in? Are there places
to avoid? See ya'll soon.. Xo

I think probably the Hoover or Pelham areas are okay, and some places along Hwy 280 in Shelby County (Inverness).

Hope you enjoy your visit to B'ham. I know I can't wait to get back there... back to civilization, out of the state of Georgia, out of the city of Macon. Just a few more days.

Hoover (some areas) and Pelham area are definitely classier as well as safer. I'd stay away from Homewood. Inverness area in north Shelby County is ok, as well. Enjoy your visit here I hope it goes well for you!
