I think that the reason why Mark Hamil (Luke Skywalker) isn't featured in the trailer is because he's the one who turns to the 'dark side' and becomes the new series villain!

The trailer looks good. I just hope they haven't concentrated too much on the special effects and neglected the characters and story. Lucas seems to be able to avoid that.

I think we will find out that Lukes goes toward seclusion training more in the ways of the Jedi till he finds out about the new threat.

I was thinking Luke gets killed by Ren and become a Force Ghost, but I just read that some think that Luke is Kylo Ren

From what I've heard/think:
Daisey is a scavenger, finds Lukes lightsaber from be spin somehow
Stormtrooper dude is force sensitive and she meets him somehow
Luke is doing training or something, not dark
Imperials are still in control, rebelion still struggling

Few odd things I've noticed:
Luke says "my father has it (the force)" mark Hamill said he had to do that like a few times because he kept saying my father had it I mean has it . Sooooooo....vader....alive?
Luke isnt kylo ren, but kylo ren worships vader?
