When I was a kid, there was a candy store in the St. Louis are called Mavrokos. They sold what we called molasses puffs. It was a hard spun center, dipped in either milk or dark chocolate. They looked like chocolate covered rocks. They were so so good! Especially the dark.
About a year ago I see this candy in the bulk bins at Sprouts. They call them honeycomb candy. They are the exact same candy I had as a kid. And in both milk and dark chocolate!
