My mailbox says it it 100% full, but it isnt. Can't send or receive emails. How can this be corrected?
Check your sent items, there is probably some there. At the top, there is a drop down box, switch to sent items and see what is there.

I deleted most of them by the time I posted the question. I then deleted more as you suggested and the error message went away.
I noticed the error message popped up when my account's premium access was dropped. Does premium access give you more room for messages? What is the message limits for non premium access accounts? Thanks
Yes, you get a bigger PM box when you have premium access. Must be the issue.
