What's the deal with the dreaded Lakewood area?

Lakewood LE is known for zero tolerance and so are the area hotels. You are fine if you screen and keep it low key/low volume however. There are long time gentlemen that do avoid the area when it comes to incalls.
There is that one area in every town/city with the same reputation. It's not due to being a less than area known for high crime it is actually the opposite.

Lakewood is Addison.
