Showcase pics not loading

I have a galaxy s7 and my showcase pics aren't loading. Profile picture works, but none of the other pictures load. Can anyone help?

She's not alone-- I've been having trouble as well, across all my devices and every browser. Sometimes it will let me upload one (which I don't understand, but okay) but 9 times /10 it says "saved bio" and sends me back to the original showcase, pic not uploaded. I've checked and it's well within the size limits. ....
