Multiple Account

I have a friend who it trying to register as a hobbyist.

She keeps getting an error message saying she cannot have multiple accounts on this forum.

She may have registered years ago and simply forgot. She has no idea what the handle is or the password. How does she go about purging the computer or old account or at least figure out what the old account was?

She is a hottie and wants to be a lady hobbyist, so your help is appreciated.
