Moving to Denver

Hello folks. I'm Captain Kaos. I'm a long-time member and sometimes moderator for Kansas and Missouri. I'm looking forward to seeing what this awesome town has to offer.

I lived in Boulder when I was in college, but that was ages ago. It was so long ago that I found providers through ads in a weekly newspaper.

I'm going to miss jazz bars, Chiefs and Jayhawks (I played football there), Italian food and barbecue. Any recommendations on where I can enjoy these things in the Mile High City?

Well Major,
Perhaps consider the DTC area.

However, if you're into snow skiing, consider setting up base in the Frisco area.
Arapahoe, Keystone, Breckenridge, Cooper, Copper & Loveland ski slopes all just a hop and a skip away.

My fav was the upper wall at A-Basin. Recently, the Gullies also at A-Basin

We will be happy to have you. We have jazz bars. Authentic Italian food can be found around 38th and Taejon. Let me know if you need a tour guide.
