If I'm hobbying up in Montana/Wyoming, where can they post reviews?

Hey,
so what with the Montana Board shutting down, the only option I have for reviews are TER and a few small local boards. Is there a way for my lovely partners to post reviews for me on Eccie here even though there's not a MT/WY board?
