I've had someone get into my email and keeps kicking me out of eccie. Please delete this account so I can start a new one. I've had a lot of trouble with eccie

I am not quite sure what the strategy is here. If you are having trouble securing one account and you keep having trouble with it, the issue is not the account, but your security measures. We will not allow a second account, so that you can have two accounts hijacked.

Do the right thing, and secure your access devices instead of ignoring the breach to your personal security.
