Creating new account error

my homegirls trying to create an account and it's giving her an error message. Says that unable to create multiple accounts. She used a email address never been used before. Did the verification number thing. Valid username. What's going on? On a cell phone. Does that matter?

The multiple-handle checking is probably flagging her. She can email websupport@eccie.net to talk with the admins directly about it.
