Help with premium access. Email address unknown ?

I followed all of the steps but when I tried to send a email with info and money order picture it comes back as address unknown ?
Any ideas on what is wrong.

550 5.1.1 <payments@eccie.net>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

See if i can help sent to Admin

Tell him to send it to websupport@eccie.net for now and we will follow up?

Soul man told me to send it to websupport yesterday and I did so far no response. Following Lea's poat I just did it again. Any help would be great
