I read an article about advances in transgender surgery recently. It is - i am given to understand - becoming more prevalent for transgenders to have the surgery and harder to tell once finished. It lead me to several question / concerns regarding how things are handled here.

It is my understanding that a transvestite (man with a penis dressing as a woman) is required to disclose that here in order to be a provider ... Correct?

What about a man that use to be a woman and has been surgically altered and now truly looks like a woman, what are they required to do?

I always thought i would know ... hell i have wondered about 2 or 3 ladies that advertise here that most likely aren't TG but regular ladies and just look mannish to me. But after reading this article and checking out the links i wonder if i really would know. they look like a real vagina, they self lubricate like a real vagina, and not all of them have a Adams apple as a give away ... see pictures below! any way just curious how the otherwise equipped or reequipped providers are handled does anyone know or have an idea?

Tell me if you saw these in an ad would you call ... damn right you would and they all used to play for our team and have switched sides ... the more i think about the more it weirds me out. I am beginning to think we need new labeling laws. Prime grade A pussy for the real ones ... reconstituted pussy stamped on the manufactured ones
You are absolutely right! Not to mention I've noticed more provider's almost begging for anal which makes me wonder as well. I am more than sure there's providers who have switched sides but declined to let men know. I agree with you 100% there needs to be a way to let us know.
It seems to be a big demand in the business....

The received wisdom from Hollywood is that it's not transgender surgery, it's "sex confirmation surgery". Huh? That's how a number of people referred to it during the Oscars broadcast. Don't ask me how transgender surgery is a relevant topic during an entertainment awards show, I can't fathom it.

Gee steve ... just because you are worked up about trannies does not mean the icky needs to deal with anything. The icky already has tranny policies in place.

I met a gal in KC 10 years ago who was very attractive yet was not petite but very toned, carried on an intelligent conversation, and was confirmed to be a CEO of a non profit in WA. I met her at her hotel (5 star) my buddy, an employee, parked my new Z06 in the Quik Park area and I met her for a drink which turned into 10 hours of sex but to this day I think she was a really a guy who was converted into a female. I would do it again as she was an 8 in looks and the best fuck I ever had ...Period.
My buddy was there to get the $40 tip for taking care of me in the morning after a $12 coffee.

I don't know but I always wished I knew....

And if you read it the policy doesn't specifically cover many parts I brought up here.

And is a sexy conversion considered a transsexual? By definition it would not be I believe.
