Plane crash survivor run over by emergency vehicle

Can you imagine? Survives an aviation disaster, walks away from a jet crash....and gets run over and killed by an emergency vehicle speeding to the scene. Awful.

Hell, think about the poor emergency vehicle driver. Debris scattered all over, a plane in flames with smoke, you are looking to see where best to deploy your vehicle to fight the flames and help the people and don't notice that bit of debris on the runway, that turns out to be a tiny 16 yo Asian girl. Now imagine trying to live with THAT on your conscience for the rest of your life?
