General Area: After you enter Boystown, the easiest way is to just drive straight and watch on the left. You will see a light on the left and maybe 2 vehicles. Everybody parks on the other street where all the door girls hang out, so parking here makes you appear as an insider. That's the Stop Bar. You can walk "in" the Stop Bar or you can walk "through" the Stop Bar. Walking "through" the Stop Bar will put you on the main street. Turn right and you'll immediately hit door girls. I recommend staying on that street, although there can be some good girls on the 2 perpendicular streets and there's one good bar on the back street. Never go too far from the main street as you can end up near the transvestite bars.
