Log on Trouble

For the past several weeks, maybe months when I try to log in it doesn't take my password. I click on the link that says click here to have the reset your password and it will be sent to you via email. I never receive it. I have checked SPAM, All Mail, you name it I never receive it. Then I can't log in. It is just by chance that I got on today.

First, double-check that you are entering your email address correctly and that it is associated with the account you're trying to access. If you're confident the email is correct, check your email account's settings to ensure that messages from the website or service are not being automatically marked as spam or filtered into a different folder.
