Before Visiting a City

How far in advance should I start advertising ? Please let me know. Thank you.

I usually get involved in the coed discussions of the cities I visit...then I will start advertising two to three weeks out

For me, two weeks before your arrival works best. The ones I most get frustrated by are the travelling ladies that post 2 days before they arrive. I'm one of those odd ones that usually book 1 or 2 weeks in advance... so when the travelers book 2 days ahead.. I'm already scheduled with someone else.

I've started as far ahead as 7 weeks but never shorter than 2 weeks notice.
